Sheraton Universal - Los Angeles

The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to local attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a standout feature, offering a good variety. This place is suitable for a family-friendly experience with some areas needing improvement.

The staff was courteous and caring providing assistance. They helped with baggage, it was nice.

The idea to include coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator in the double room was nice. The breakfast was above average with free wifi and the best taco, as for instance, we were pleasantly surprised. Really enjoyed the stay, it was really good on our vacation.

The breakfast was enjoyable, with very welcoming staff and a wide range of food. The location was great, convenient to the 101 right in between everything, and the room was fancy.

I liked the large and updated room with bathtub and the staff were consistently courteous. The breakfast was enjoyable with free wifi and the best taco, for instance, and the outdoor bar was a plus. This accommodation had a central setting by restaurants.

The servers were excellent! So nice and efficient! The food is good! The views are great! The rooms are designed very cool!

The carpets have stains in the room and at the entrance to the hotel. Which signals that things are a bit worn. Also the elevator is slow to open at your floor which scared my daughter.

Location as it is within walking distance to Universal Studios and City Walk

Thelo doors slams and cause loud noises especially for those who have kids running up and down the hotel. I recall there was a wedding on Sunday and I kept hearing the doors of the next room slams many times as they were involved in the wedding party or something.

My husband and I loved this hotel. While it is not close to the centre of LA, it was easy to drive to and out of for this very reason. The staff were extremely helpful and provided us with complimentary in-room wi-fi (normally $10 per day) and complimentary parking (normally $18 per day).

Had a great stay with comfortable beds and a fantastic movie night for the kids, plus the modern decor made it feel so fresh! They could improve shuttle tracking, though.

For a big chain they charge for Internet connection. They did not replenish the toiletries everyday. Poor sound accoustic as at night you can hear the next door people talking. Room rate is too high and will never stay there again.

We had the best service from all of the staff at the hotel. We were supposed to arrive on Thursday night, due to flight delays we didn't arrive until Friday around 12:30. Our trip was business and had an appt at 2:00. The staff was wonderfull in getting us to our room right away and giving great directions to our destination. We were able to get cleaned up and out the door to the appt quickly because of your staff. We interacted most with the valet staff and the conceirg and I have to say they couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. I feel horrible that I didn't get their names, but both staff members were there every day of our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for the pleasant and helpfulness of the staff and the location. We had shopping, entertainment and dining all within 30 minutes of us. Great job Sheraton Universal!

I can not say anything bad about our trip - hotel staff was excellent in every area.

thrilling walks to universal studios and citywalk attractions nearby

I loved how close I was to Universal Studios, just a quick 5-minute walk away, and the views of the LA skyline from my room were fine. Perfect for a single traveler like me who enjoys exploring the city on foot. I did notice, though, that a bit more breakfast variety would have enhanced my stay.

We get there and it is $18.00 to park the car, even if you are staying overnight. I was really disappointed in that, as it was not mentioned in anything I saw on the Booked.net site.

The bed was very difficult to sleep in. The pillows were vert flat. The water in the bathroom gave out a rather bad smelly sewage-like smell.
